On April 1, 2021, the Board of Directors of Kish Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.29 per share, payable April 30, 2021, to shareholders of record as of April 15, 2021. This is an increase of $0.02 per share, or 7.4%, over the prior quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share.
