STATE COLLEGE, PA – Thomas Minichiello, Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Banking for Kish Bank, has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s (PA Bankers’) Professional Development Policy Committee.
The Professional Development Policy Committee directs, monitors, and approves the association’s schools, conferences, and seminars to ensure they meet the needs of the membership. The committee also decides policies and procedures governing educational programs to reflect changes in the financial services industry. Minichiello will serve a three-year term on the committee, starting immediately.
Minichiello, who is celebrating his 30th year in the banking industry, is a U.S. Navy veteran and active supporter of the Centre County community. He currently serves on the Schlow Library Foundation Board and the Downtown State College Improvement District Finance Committee.
Minichiello and his wife, Sandy, reside in State College and have three adult children and four grandchildren.
