STATE COLLEGE, PA – Kish Bank has announced the appointment of Suzanne White, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Services and Organizational Development Officer, to Executive Vice President. In this position, White will continue her critical leadership at Kish as director of the organization’s Human Resources, Training and Organizational Development, and Administrative Support functions, including board and executive administration.
White joined Kish in 2007 as Vice President and Human Resources Manager. She was appointed Senior Vice President in 2015 and was promoted to Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development in 2016. In 2021, she was promoted to Chief Administrative Services and Organizational Development Officer.
White represents Kish proudly in both the community and banking industry. Presently, she serves as a School of Banking faculty member for the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, Executive Board Member and Chair of the Youth Committee for the Central PA Workforce Development Board, and Board Member of United Way of Mifflin-Juniata. In 2021, she was a finalist for the PA Bankers Patricia Hussick Leadership Award.
A graduate of Penn State University, White holds a master’s degree in Training and Organizational Development and a bachelor’s degree in Human Development. She and her husband, John, live in Lewistown and have five grown children.
