Fraud Alert! We have recently seen an increase in scammers performing targeted attacks against business customers through fraudulent phone calls impersonating their financial institution’s Treasury Department. Kish’s Treasury Department will not contact you directly to retrieve ACH or other protected information. If you receive any unsolicited contact, do not provide any information and contact your Kish relationship manager directly. Fraudulent Kish “Spoofing” Calls

We have seen an increase in fraudulent “spoofing” phone calls where scammers impersonate Kish Bank employees calling from Kish’s TeleBanking number (1-888-333-5474), claiming there is suspicious activity on the customer’s debit card and attempting to gain their card info.

REMEMBER: Kish will NEVER ask you for your full card number, PIN, or Digital Banking password/security questions. These are the keys to accessing your money and should never be shared with anyone!

What To Do:

Do NOT provide your full card number, PIN, or Digital Banking password/security questions when you receive unsolicited contact!
Respond to all unsolicited contact by calling us directly at our published number, 1-800-981-5474, or another known Kish Bank phone number.
