REEDSVILLE, PA – Kish Bank has announced the promotions of Mark Yerger to the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Kimberly Bubb to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer. Both are based at the Kish Innovation Center in Reedsville.

Mark Yerger’s expanded role as Chief Information Officer reinforces the priority of Kish’s focus on information security, technology innovation, data analytics, and infrastructure optimization. Since joining Kish in 2021, Yerger’s approach to strategic execution has been a significant asset in advancing Kish’s technology strategy, enhancing system efficiency, and enabling Kish’s long-term success. This promotion recognizes his exceptional vision and sustained leadership.
Prior to joining Kish Bank, Yerger served as Chief Information Officer at Susquehanna University, as Chief Technology Officer at LINKBANK, and in several leadership roles at Bucknell University, including Director of Enterprise Systems and Chief Technology Officer. A resident of Dillsburg, Yerger lives with his wife Veronica and their two sons. Deeply rooted in his community, he serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for New Hope Ministries, a local nonprofit supporting families in need. Yerger is also an active youth sports coach and volunteer, involved in soccer, baseball, and basketball programs across the region.
In her new role as Chief Administrative Officer, Kim Bubb will oversee a broad span of functions that support the operation and administration of the Kish organization, including employee experience, people strategy, and compliance, in addition to her ongoing leadership of bank operations and facilities. Bubb’s strong leadership will continue to be critical to Kish’s culture, strategic direction, and growth.
Bubb began her career at Kish in 2004 as a Customer Service Teller. Over the years, she has advanced to numerous key roles within the organization, including Product Development Manager, Services and Systems Manager, Client Solutions and Operations Director, and most recently, Systems and Operations Director.
A native of Mifflin County, Bubb graduated from Juniata College with a degree in Communication and Marketing. A tireless volunteer and community leader, Bubb currently serves on the boards of the Juniata Valley Council Scouting America and the Juniata River Valley Chamber of Commerce. She lives in Reedsville with her husband Aaron and their three sons.
