Hutchinson Honored as Future Under 40 Award Winner

MIFFLINTOWN, PA – Tyler Hutchinson, AVP, Branch Manager of Kish Bank’s Mifflintown and Route 35 branches in Juniata County, has been announced as a winner of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s (PA Bankers’) 2025 Future Under 40 Awards.

The Future Under 40 Awards honor banking industry leaders, aged 40 years and younger, who have made a tremendous impact on their institution, the community, and the industry.

With more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Hutchinson joined Kish Bank in 2022 as a Concierge Banker and was promoted to Branch Manager of Kish’s Route 35 branch in Mifflintown in 2023. He was named Kish’s 2024 Employee of the Year in recognition of his exceptional level of service and commitment to clients, the community, and the Kish organization. In April 2025, Hutchinson was promoted to Assistant Vice President. He now manages Kish Bank’s new full-service Mifflintown branch, located along William Penn Highway, in addition to the Route 35 branch.

Tyler remains deeply rooted in Juniata County, where he was born, raised, and now lives with his wife and two children. Education and youth development are central to Hutchinson’s service. A dedicated volunteer and committee member at Juniata Christian School, Tyler also champions financial literacy, visiting classrooms across the county to teach children the fundamentals of banking and money management. He is active in his home church, has led benefits and fundraisers for families in need, and actively supports Relay for Life, United Way, and Juniata County Helping Hands.
