Shane Graham Promoted to Branch Banking Market Leader for Mifflin and Juniata Counties

Belleville, PA – Kish Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Shane Graham, Vice President and Branch Manager, to Branch Banking Market Leader for Mifflin and Juniata Counties. In his new role, Graham will provide overall leadership for service quality and sales performance across Kish Bank’s Mifflin and Juniata branch network, serving as a responsive and reliable source of guidance and support for branch teams.

This newly established role comes as part of an evolution of Kish’s branch banking model, building on the Bank’s continued growth and market expansion. The new Branch Banking Market Leader role is designed to enhance leadership presence in Kish’s markets, position its branches for long-term success, and deliver the best possible service to clients.

Graham joined Kish Bank in 2017 as Branch Manager for Kish’s Reedsville branch before serving as Branch Manager for the Belleville and Allensville branches. He was appointed Assistant Vice President in 2019 and Vice President in 2024. He is actively involved in community organizations, including as a Board Member for Nuvisions Center, Treasurer for the Mifflin County Historical Society and as a member of the Belleville Lions Club. Graham resides in Reedsville with his wife and their two children.
