OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HOW TO ENTER: Respondents are entered into the prize drawing each quarter by providing the sweepstakes entry information when participating in the online survey during the current calendar quarter respondent completes the survey but no later than December 31, 2026. If respondent does not want to participate in the online survey, he/she may enter the sweepstakes by mail. To enter by mail, print name, street address, city, state, ZIP, telephone number, and complete email address if available, on a 3 ½” x 5” piece of paper, insert in an envelope and mail to: Kish Bank, Attn: Marketing Department, 2610 Green Tech Drive, State College, PA 16803. The respondent will be entered into the drawing for the calendar quarter in which Kish Bank (Kish) receives the entry. All mailed entries must be received before December 31, 2026. Limit three (3) entries per invited respondent per calendar quarter. No responsibility is assumed by Kish, and entrants waive all claims for lost, late, illegible or misdirected surveys and mailed entries or for any problems of technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any email service or any combination thereof including without limitation any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer resulting from participation in this promotion. All surveys become the property of the Kish. Any attempt to damage the survey site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made Kish reserves right to prosecute violators to the fullest extent allowable by law.
2. PRIZE: Kish will award one (1) cash prize of $500.00 each calendar quarter. United States federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Kish due to prize unavailability at time of award.
3. PRIZE DRAWING:Winner(s) selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about thirty (30) days after the calendar quarter by independent judges whose decisions are final on issues relating to this sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Odds are not increased by participating in the survey. Judging will take place at the Kish Bank North Atherton Financial Center at 2610 Green Tech Drive, State College, PA 16803. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of drawing date. If Kish is unable to contact potential winner(s) by email or phone, or if any potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 14 days of issuance of notification, or if any winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, an alternate winner shall be selected through another random drawing conducted by judges. Winners of prizes valued at more than $600 U.S. may be mailed and required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability releases, and return same, properly executed within 14 days of notification to receive prize. Allow 4-6 weeks after verification of winner status for the receipt of prize by mail.If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the survey and/or sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the survey and/or sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to terminate the survey and/or sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible online and write-in entries received as of the termination date. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to December 31, 2026, notice will be posted on the Sweepstakes web site.
4. ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to the specific individual invited to participate in the survey. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. This promotion is not open to employees of Kish and its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each. By entering, participants, without limitation, release and hold harmless, Kish and its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind in connection with this sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a prize won. This sweepstakes is void outside of the United States and wherever prohibited by law.
5. OFFICIAL RULES / WINNER’S LIST: A copy of these Official Rules and/or the name and city of residence of the prize winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Kish Bank, “Rules” or “Winners List” (specify which), 2610 Green Tech Drive, State College, PA 16803. Requests must be received by 4 weeks from each drawing date to be honored.
