STATE COLLEGE, PA – Kish Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: KISB), (“Kish” or the “Company”) parent company of Kish Bank, today announced that on July 1, 2025, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per share. The dividend will be payable July 31, 2025, to shareholders of record as of July 15, 2025.
