Kish’s annual Client Satisfaction Survey is now open. We’d love to hear from you!
Check your mail or email for an invitation to participate. Mailed survey invitations contained a unique survey code you will need to enter in order to take the survey.
If you cannot find your invitation or your unique survey code, visit your local branch or call our Client Solutions Center at 1-800-981-5474 for assistance. The survey will be available through October 7, 2026.
Your feedback helps us continue to improve the products, services, and experiences we provide. Everyone who completes the survey will have the opportunity be entered into a drawing to win one (1) of eleven (11) prizes, including one (1) grand prize of $1,000 and ten (10) prizes of $100 each!
